The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the institutes growth strategic direction and excellence in providing highquality training services to industry professionals. He must have knowledge of KHDA Inspection NCRs etc. and other statutory compliance. Job Description Strategic Development and Planning Training Program Development and Delivery Training Center Management Quality Assurance and Evaluation Marketing and Business Development Budgeting and Resource Management Required Skills and Qualifications: Masters Degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications Education Business Administration or related field). Ph.D is preferable. Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on training education or professional development. Proven track record of leading training initiatives programs or departments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting resource management and business development. Knowledge of industry standards regulations and laws relevant to the telecommunications sector in the UAE. Experience with learning management systems virtual classrooms and other digital tools. Certifications such as ITIL PMP or Six Sigma are desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience working with a training institute or organization in the UAE or internationally. Fluency in multiple languages including Arabic English and one other language spoken in the UAE. Experience with online training platforms and elearning solutions. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
