Slow, inconsistent, and frustrating for everyone involved.Qureos is changing that, using AI, automation, and structured hiring systems to help companies hire in days, not months.We're well-funded, scaling fast, and at a stage where sales leadership matters more than volume.Now we're looking for a Head of Sales who can build a revenue engine, not just hit a number.If you've scaled sales teams in MENA, love structured execution, and get a rush from watching pipeline turn into predictable revenue, keep reading.The RoleThis is an end-to-end revenue leadership role.You'll own new business, expansion, renewals, and customer success, leading SDRs, closers, and CS as one tightly aligned revenue machine.You're walking into a team that's early-stage, ambitious, and moving fast, with enough structure to build on, and plenty of room to design the system properly.You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founders and board, shaping Qureos' commercial strategy as we scale across MENA and beyond.This role is part builder, part operator, part coach, with real founder-level ownership.What You'll OwnRevenue & GrowthOwn end-to-end revenue across new business, expansion, and renewalsDesign and execute a hybrid sales motion with a stronger outbound engineBuild predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy across regionsDrive revenue growth while maintaining deal quality and long-term valueTeam LeadershipLead and scale: SDRs, Sales Managers, Customer Success / Account ManagersSet clear roles, expectations, KPIs, and career pathsCoach teams on discovery, value selling, objection handling, and deal strategyCreate a culture of ownership, urgency, and claritySales Strategy & ExecutionOwn MENA sales strategy with secondary global oversightNavigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with confidenceManage both long and short sales cyclesPartner with Marketing, Growth, and Product to tighten conversion and messagingEnsure sales is deeply aligned with product value and customer outcomesSales Operations & ProcessBuild structured, repeatable sales processes across SDR, AE, and CSStrong command of CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reportingDefine qualification standards, deal stages, and handoffsUse data to diagnose bottlenecks and fix them fastCustomer Success & ExpansionEnsure smooth handoff from sales to CSOwn renewals, expansions, and long-term account growthBuild feedback loops between customers, sales, and productWho You Are10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, talent platforms, SaaS, or marketplacesProven experience scaling sales teams in MENAStrong background owning end-to-end revenue (SDR → Sales → CS → Renewals)Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with speed and ambiguityDeeply structured, you believe process enables speedStrong operator mindset: forecasts, CRM hygiene, pipeline coverageConfident dealing with founders, boards, and enterprise stakeholdersA coach, not just a closerHigh ownership, high standardsThinks like an owner.
