Role SummaryThe Cloud Infra & Security Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of cloud infrastructure modernization and cybersecurity solutions across SMB and New set of accounts. The role demands deep engagement with CXOs IT Heads and Procurement teams to position the organizations portfolio of Infrastructure modernization offerings managed cloud services and cybersecurity products (including SOC/MDR endpoint and network security).Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new enterprise accounts in Cloud (Azure AWS GCP Oracle) Infrastructure and Security domains.Lead end-to-end sales cycles: opportunity identification, solution alignment, proposal submission and deal closure.Work closely with OEM partners (e.g., Microsoft, HPE, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, Veeam, etc.) to drive joint go‑to‑market campaigns.Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets for Cloud & Security portfolio.Promote subscription and managed service models (e.g., SOC‑as‑a‑Service, CloudOps, Managed Network Security).Solution PositioningEngage with presales/technical consultants to craft solution proposals combining hybrid cloud infrastructure and security layers.Position offerings such as:Public/Hybrid Cloud MigrationInfrastructure Modernization (Compute, Storage, Network, Backup, DR)Cybersecurity Frameworks (ISO 27001, Zero Trust)Security Operations & EDR / MDR / XDR ServicesCompliance and Risk AssessmentsAccount & Partner ManagementBuild strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and OEM partner managers.Participate in joint business planning sessions with vendors and distributors.Commercial & GovernanceCoordinate with internal finance, legal and delivery teams for proposal review, pricing validation and contract sign‑offs.Track RFP / RFQ submissions ensuring timely and compliant responses.Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity pipeline in CRM.Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred.Experience510 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud or Cybersecurity Sales in the GCC.Proven track record in Enterprise or government account management.Technical & Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS).Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, IAM, DLP).Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies (Servers, Storage, Backup, DR, Virtualization, Networking).Exposure to Managed services and SLA‑driven contracts.Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Relationship‑driven with a solution‑selling approach.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.High energy, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.KPIsQuarterly Revenue Achievement (Cloud Security)Number of New Logos AcquiredGross Margin per AccountPartner Certification & Joint GTM WinsRequired ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
