Job Description

NourNet is looking for a visionary Head of Data & AI Sales to lead our mission in transforming businesses with cutting-edge Data & AI solutions. This role is your chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-evolving market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the Data & AI sales strategy aligned with NourNet’s business goals.Define GTM strategies for AI, analytics, and data solutions.Set revenue targets, sales plans, and performance metrics.Lead, mentor, and inspire the Data & AI sales team.Own and deliver revenue and gross margin targets.Build a strong pipeline across AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance & Management.Drive large, complex deals and multi-year contracts.Strategic Account & Business DevelopmentEstablish and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities in enterprise and government sectors.Lead account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.Position NourNet as a strategic Data & AI transformation partner.Collaborate with architects, presales, and delivery teams.Ensure solutions meet client business needs and ROI expectations.Support proposals, pricing strategies, and solution positioning.Lead large-scale RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders.Ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory standards.Develop competitive and winning bid strategies.Monitor AI, data platforms, and digital transformation trends.Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.Build strategic partnerships with vendors like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.Stakeholder Management & ReportingProvide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive insights.Engage with senior leadership on strategy and performance.Align with finance on pricing, margins, and profitability.What We’re Looking For:Proven track record in leading Data & AI sales in enterprise environments.Strong strategic account management and business development experience.Ability to drive large, complex deals and multi-year contracts.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Why Join NourNet:Join a forward-thinking company shaping the future of AI and data-driven transformation in the region.
