Job Description
Head of Sales – Technology Solutions (Saudi Arabia)One of our clients, a leading technology solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across its cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation portfolios.This senior leadership role requires strong expertise in solution-based selling and the ability to scale revenues across enterprise, SME, and public sector clients. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization, define strategic go-to-market initiatives, and position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyDefine and execute the overall sales strategy across cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and consulting services.Lead, mentor, and scale a results-driven sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with global Tier-1 technology partners.Establish sales KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.Business Development & Market ExpansionDrive revenue growth across enterprise, SME, and government sectors.Manage full sales cycles from pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure.Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, promoting digital transformation as a business enabler.Expand market presence through strategic alliances and partnerships.Client & Partner ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Collaborate with cloud and technology vendors to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.Oversee high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.Sales Operations & EnablementOversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.Work closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within ICT or technology solutions.Proven success in selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.Established network across Saudi Arabias enterprise, SME, and public sector markets.Strong understanding of solution-based selling and digital transformation initiatives.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).SkillsHard Skills: Cloud & AI Solutions, Cybersecurity, B2B Sales Strategy, Partner & Channel Development, Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Contract NegotiationSoft Skills: Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Negotiation, Problem-SolvingNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
