Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established global logistics and freight forwarding organization offering integrated air ocean and land transportation customs brokerage warehousing and end-to-end supply chain solutions. We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Head of Sales Air Freight Business Development with a strong hunter sales mentality to lead aggressive market expansion and revenue growth within the air freight division.Key Responsibilites:Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve ambitious air freight revenue targets.Identify prospect and close new clients through cold calling networking industry events and strategic outreach.Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.Focus heavily on new account acquisition (hunter profile) rather than account maintenance.Client & Commercial ManagementEngage with key decision-makers across industries.Lead commercial negotiations RFQs pricing discussions and contract finalization.Design tailored air freight solutions aligned with client supply chain requirements.Market Strategy & CollaborationMonitor market trends airline capacity pricing dynamics and competitor activities.Collaborate closely with operations pricing and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives within the air freight vertical.Reporting & Performance ManagementMaintain structured pipeline tracking and accurate sales forecasting.Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.Drive KPIs aligned with revenue growth gross margin and customer acquisition targets.Requirements- 815 years of proven experience in air freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record of winning new business and closing high-value accounts.Existing network of shippers freight forwarders and corporate clients within the UAE/GCC is a strong advantage.Deep understanding of air cargo products airline networks pricing structures and international trade regulations.Strong negotiation presentation and commercial acumen.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.Benefits- Attractive Salary Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
