Program Manager, Speed, AMET - Fulfillment & Acceleration

DescriptionOverviewAn innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries etc).Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC) and Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets.Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, processes and undertaking cost/speed improvement projects.Working with cross functional and cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment.Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs.Basic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
