Head of Real Estate Transactions/Brokerage – KSA

<p>We are seeking a highly experienced leader to establish and scale a real estate transactional/brokerage platform in KSA from the ground up. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in building and leading transactional or brokerage functions, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth through newly created platforms.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to design and implement the operational, sales, and transaction strategies for a market-leading real estate transactional business.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Establish and lead a real estate transactional/brokerage platform from inception.</li><li>Build, structure, and manage sales and transaction teams.</li><li>Define operational processes, workflows, and commission structures to ensure efficient transaction execution.</li><li>Drive revenue growth and market presence through a newly created transactional platform.</li><li>Actively participate in deal origination and execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to scale the business, including team development, operational excellence, and market positioning.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications&Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in establishing a transactional or brokerage platform from scratch.</li><li>Strong background in structuring and managing high-performing sales/transaction teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with deal origination, transaction execution, and revenue generation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to define operational processes and commission models.</li><li>Familiarity with the real estate brokerage or capital markets environment in KSA is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate vision into operational execution.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building businesses from the ground up.</li><li>Results-oriented and commercially savvy.</li><li>Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up style environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
