These customers range from start-ups to leading web companies large enterprises and government ministries.Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs the leader of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Public Sector this role holds full responsibility for all aspects of the government education health and non-profit business and will take the lead to shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS within the Public Sector market segments. This position being the AWS single threaded leader for Public Sector in the UAE leads all groups in the region with single point accountability for delivering business outcomes for our customers and the company.Experience working with presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives IT lines of business procurement finance legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise dealsCan work proactively and independently meet deadlines and deliver on projects and tasksExperience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct concise and accurate written responsesMinimum 10 years of experience relationship building and influencing at the C and minister level.Experience leading a regional cross-functional virtual team including solution architecture inside sales business development specialized sales marketing professional services leading to holistic customer engagement.Minimum 15 years of technology and/or sales experience.Bachelors degree or MBA in finance accounting or related field3 years of procurement experienceExperience driving adoption of new and disruptive technologiesExperience managing large teams across multiple locations and languagesExperience hiring and developing strong talent and building a teamExperience selling nascent products and services Ability to drive solutions to difficult problemsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
