This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term vision and strategy for the liquid staking and derivatives platform.Responsibilities:Set and articulate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the product.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out product development and enhancements.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.Ensure alignment of product features with company goals and customer requirements.Lead the product team through all phases of product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and investors effectively.Required Skills:Proven experience as Head of Product or similar role in a successful crypto project.Strong understanding of DeFi, liquid staking, and financial derivatives.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
