We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and we’d love to have you in it.About the RoleYou'll report directly to Country GM with complete autonomy to scale our education footprint. Interested in transforming education at scale?Lead Daily School OperationsSupervise the implementation of the daily schedule across schools and ensure smooth operations.Continuously monitor school performance and intervene when operational or organisational challenges arise.Ensure adherence to the academic calendar and activate school events and semester plans.Build and Develop School TeamsTrain and guide facilitators, school leaders, and regional supervisors; create ongoing development plans.Support school leaders in resolving operational or educational issues.Foster a disciplined and positive work culture that drives quality and student satisfaction.Supervise Academic & Administrative OperationsOversee student registration, grading, and certificate issuance in collaboration with relevant teams.Strengthen internal communication channels for effective coordination.Develop and document daily problem-solving mechanisms to ensure ongoing improvement.Enhance the Parent ExperienceBuild effective communication plans with parents to ensure transparency and engagement.Oversee performance reporting, regular meetings, and joint events with parents.Handle feedback and complaints professionally to build parent trust in the school.How Will You Do It?By Example: Embodying Noon’s values and professional standards in front of the team.By Structure: Creating clear operational systems and standardized guides for each school.By Monitoring: Implementing weekly oversight systems with clear, measurable KPIs.By Collaboration: Working with ops, platform, learning, and experience teams to ensure seamless execution.By Educational Insight: Understanding student needs, classroom dynamics, and parent goals.What Will You Bring?Strategic LeadershipProven experience managing school operations or large-scale educational programs.Ability to lead and align multiple teams toward clear operational and educational goals.On-the-Ground Educational Experience: Deep understanding of school systems, classroom dynamics, and student behavior.Skilled in addressing day-to-day school challenges and making fast, effective decisions.Communication & Relationship BuildingStrong ability to build trust with school leaders, parents, and internal teams.Capable of giving constructive feedback, running effective meetings, and overseeing performance.Execution & Continuous ImprovementHigh proficiency in managing and optimizing daily operations.Ability to track metrics and make data-informed decisionsFluency in Arabic and English: You possess a deep understanding of Saudi culture and are fluent in Arabic and EnglishWhy Work at NoonOwn execution at scale — lead the heartbeat of a national education network and make it hum with precision.
