What we’re building now matters.About the RoleThis is a frontline role with real ownership.As a Classroom Supervisor, you are responsible for the student experience inside the classroom. You lead the room, manage behavior, and create an environment where students stay focused, engaged, and performing.This role is open to both full‑time and part‑time candidates.We are specifically looking for native or near‑native English speakers, as you will be interacting with students in English throughout the day.What you will doLead and manage a classroom of studentsMaintain discipline while building strong student relationshipsDrive focus, participation, and consistent effortHandle classroom challenges in real time with good judgmentSupport student progress through structure and accountabilityCommunicate clearly with students, parents, and staffCreate a high‑energy, structured, and motivating environmentWhat we’re looking forExperience working directly with students (teaching, tutoring, youth activities, coaching, etc.)Native or near‑native English fluencyStrong presence.
