This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling the bank’s<b>mid-cap franchise</b>, complementing its already well-established large-cap platform.</p><p>This opportunity offers a unique mandate to<b>originate, develop and execute mid-market transactions</b>across a broad product suite, including<b>M&A, ECM, and DCM</b>, while playing a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term growth strategy in the Kingdom.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Establish and scale the mid-cap coverage platform in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Define strategy, sector focus, and client segmentation</li><li>Work closely with senior leadership to align with regional and global priorities</li><li>Originate and lead mid-market transactions across<b>M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets</b></li><li>Identify cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s broader product offering</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with<b>mid-cap corporates, family groups, and government-related entities</b></li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders</li><li>Leverage existing large-cap relationships to unlock mid-market opportunities</li><li>Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of bankers</li><li>Foster a strong execution culture and collaborative environment</li><li>Work alongside sector/product teams to deliver integrated solutions</li><li>Position the bank as a leading mid-market advisor in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Provide market intelligence and contribute to thought leadership initiatives</li><li>Support expansion into adjacent sectors and regional opportunities</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b>10–15+ years of experience in Investment Banking</li><li>Strong track record across<b>M&A, ECM, and/or DCM transactions</b></li><li>Proven origination capability within the<b>Saudi/GCC mid-market segment</b></li><li>Demonstrated experience building or scaling teams/platforms</li><li>Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders</li><li>Deep understanding of capital markets and advisory products</li><li>Strong execution capability combined with commercial acumen</li></ul><h3>Network</h3><ul><li>Established relationships with<b>mid-cap corporates, family offices, and institutional clients in Saudi Arabia</b></li></ul><h3>Other</h3><ul><li>Arabic language skills are highly preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
