Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale the global marketing function at MarketsVox.This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a high‑performing marketing engine across multiple channels — from acquisition to brand, from performance marketing to content and partnerships.You will work directly with leadership to define strategy, drive growth, and position MarketsVox as a leading player in the global trading industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectivesLead and manage all core marketing directions:Performance marketing (paid acquisition)Affiliate & partner marketing (IB / CPA)Content & SEOBrand & communicationBuild, structure, and scale the marketing teamDrive client acquisition and activation across key regions (SEA, LATAM, Europe)Optimize marketing funnels and improve conversion rates (CPL >= FTD >= retention)Manage and allocate marketing budgets with clear ROI focusCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teamsOversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channelsAnalyze performance data and continuously optimize campaignsIdentify new growth channels and market opportunitiesRequirementsProven experience as a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Growth LeadStrong background in performance marketing and acquisitionExperience in Forex / CFD / fintech / iGaming / affiliate-driven industriesDeep understanding of CPA, RevShare, IB modelsExperience managing multi-channel marketing teamsData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFluent English#J-18808-Ljbffr
