Job DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a seasoned Head of Legalto oversee all legal aspects of the organization’s operations. This role is pivotal in shaping and safeguarding the legal and compliance framework of a diverse and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep regional expertise, strategic legal insight, and a proven track record in managing legal teams and advising executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across the organizationLead corporate legal strategy, governance, and risk management initiativesDraft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts, including commercial and M&A transactionsEnsure full legal compliance in corporate structuring and business operationsServe as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on legal and policy mattersManage internal legal teams and coordinate with external counsel when necessarySkillsStrong knowledge of corporate law, contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigationProven experience managing complex legal disputes and advising senior leadershipExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesStrategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred15–20 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleEducation from Tier-1 legal institutions is highly valuedExperience establishing legal operations in the Middle East and India; Saudi exposure is advantageousStrong industry exposure in real estate, infrastructure, investments, or diversified portfoliosFluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferredJob ID: 31072501-114 AH
