<div><p>Our client is looking for a Head of Exports, based in Jeddah, to lead and scale sales operations across Saudi Arabia while unlocking growth across African markets.</p><p>This role will take ownership of managing all sales channels within KSA, while driving expansion into new markets across Africa and ensuring a strong route to market execution.</p><p>You will oversee wholesale, B2B, and Horeca channels in Saudi Arabia, while building and executing a robust export strategy to drive growth across Africa.</p><p>You will work closely with commercial, sales, and logistics teams to deliver on revenue and market share targets, while building long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.</p><h3>The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit</h3><ul><li>Proven FMCG experience, with a strong track record across Saudi Arabia and exposure to African markets</li><li>Strong hands-on experience managing the KSA market across wholesale, B2B, and Horeca channels</li><li>Demonstrated ability to open and scale new markets in Africa, with an effective route to market strategies</li><li>Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies</li><li>Commercially strong, with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution and drive measurable growth</li></ul><p>This is a high-impact role offering ownership of the regional export strategy and the opportunity to expand presence across key international markets.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
