Head of Events and Media Professionals Experience - Emirati Applicants

We are currently seeking to appoint a Section Head – Events and Media Professionals Experience to lead a critical function within a high-profile, government-aligned environment.The role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of strategic events while enhancing the overall engagement experience for media professionals, journalists, and key stakeholders. This position plays a key role in strengthening institutional positioning and ensuring the delivery of best-in‑class services and interactions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the annual operational plan in alignment with organizational strategyEstablish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and service standardsOversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of official events, including press conferences, forums, panel discussions, and networking engagementsEnsure adherence to event protocols, branding guidelines, and media coverage requirementsDesign and continuously enhance the engagement model and experience journey for media professionalsManage stakeholder relationships, including journalists, editors, and strategic partnersAddress feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities to maintain high satisfaction levelsLead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and high performanceIntroduce best practices and innovative approaches in event management and stakeholder engagementQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related fieldMinimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on events and media engagementProven experience in managing high-profile, large-scale eventsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teamsStrong strategic planning and execution skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
