Head of E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Our client are currently hiring for a Head of Ecommerce to join their team in KSA.Your Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to support growth and omnichannel integration.Build and manage the online sales platform, including user experience and digital marketing.Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and data-driven customer engagement.Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotions across the digital channel as well as in coordination with brick-and-mortar branches.Manage KPIs to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Your Qualifications:7+ years of e-commerce leadership experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer retail.Proven track record in scaling online operations.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics.Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Halian Group:With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
