This role will manage bidding, tendering, and strategic partnerships. A key focus will be strengthening relationships with national oil companies and EPC contractors. The role will also support market entry for new services.Candidate ProfileCandidates must have senior BD experience within oil & gas services. Strong knowledge of Saudi energy sector dynamics is essential. The ideal profile demonstrates commercial leadership, negotiation strength, and relationship management capability.
