Role SummaryWe are looking for a Head of  Account Management to join our team in Local Shops and be part of our Quick Commerce growth. If youre a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure a multinational workplace iswaiting for you.Whats on Your PlateMonitor and maintain partner performance order growth net fail rate and net take rates.Responsible for vertical commissions and profitability.Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.Ensure achieving the monthly vertical account management targets.Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.Monitor guide and manage the team for optimum performance.Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.Handle communication with the team live meetings email correspondence reporting etc.Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.Collaborate with the Marketing Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.Communicate business performance to key business leaders and stakeholders.Lead on new projects initiatives required across the Local Shops Vertical.What Did We OrderBachelors Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales/ Account Management in E-commerce Food - tech Consultancy or large Multinational FMCG backgroundLeadership Skills.Negotiation Skills.Problem Solving Skills.Decision Making Skills.Planning and Organizing Skills.Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.Fluent in English Arabic would be beneficial.Communication skills (Written and Verbal).Excel Skills.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Marketing & Promotions,Attorney At Law,Jni,Airlines,Art Experience: years Vacancy: 1
