OverviewWe are seeking a senior Head Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef with extensive experience managing both hot and cold kitchen operations (non-bakery non-pastry). This role requires a strong leader who can oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality standards, and support menu innovation across multiple outlets.
