HandymanLocation: Jabal-Ali, UAENationality Preference: Pakistani or AfricanWe are currently seeking experienced and skilled Handymen to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties.Responsibilities:- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances- Install new fixtures and appliances as required- Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance issues- Regularly inspect properties for potential repairs or improvements- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies- Communicate with clients regarding their maintenance needs and provide updates on progressRequirements:- Must be a Pakistani or African national- Previous experience in a similar handyman role is required- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques- Valid driver's license is preferred but not requiredWorking Conditions:This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
