H145 Aviation Maintenance Instructor

Rishworth is currently looking for an H145 Aviation Maintenance Instructor who will be responsible for developing maintenance training programs, course materials, and maintaining attendance records to ensure training effectiveness.This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered along as well with attractive employee benefits.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver instruction on aircraft maintenance fundamentals, safety, systems, and regulations.Collaborate with course developers and provide technical guidance.Review and update courses using SAT or ADDIE methodology.Conduct and document assessments to track learning and identify challenges.Review reports and evaluations to ensure training effectiveness.Keep trainee records and coordinate with other instructors.Job RequirementsPart 147 type rating for H145 D2/D3 airframe and engine.Aviation Instructor CertificateDiploma/ Bachelor's Degree in AviationMinimum of 5 Years Experience in teaching aviation maintenance subjectsPlease APPLY NOW if you are interested with your latest up-to-date CV.
