The company fosters a professional and guest-focused culture, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and fulfill special guest requests, including room amenities, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements, ensuring a personalized and seamless service experienceHandle and resolve complex guest issues and complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions to restore and maintain guest satisfactionActively collect and review guest feedback, utilizing insights to implement improvements and address recurring concernsCollaborate closely with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure all requests and requirements are met efficientlyProvide guidance and support to Guest Service Executive 1 team members, assisting with training and professional development when requiredIdentify opportunities for service enhancement and implement best practices to elevate the overall guest experiencePromote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests, leveraging opportunities to drive revenue through effective upsellingAssist in coordinating guest events and special occasions, ensuring all arrangements align with guest expectationsManage emergency situations or service disruptions with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and minimizing guest impactRequirementsBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industryExperience handling complex guest interactions and delivering personalized serviceEmployee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law#J-18808-Ljbffr
