Position SummaryPalazzo Versace Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Ambassador to join the esteemed team at La Vita Restaurant & Bar. This pivotal role is responsible for managing all reservations and maintaining the guest database, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service in a luxurious and vibrant setting.Key ResponsibilitiesReservations ManagementOversee all aspects of reservations for La Vita Restaurant & Bar, including taking, confirming, and modifying bookings as necessary.Ensure that all reservations are accurately entered into the guest database, maintaining up-to-date records of guest preferences and special requests.Guest Database MaintenanceManage and update the guest database, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible to the service team.Analyze guest data to identify trends and preferences, assisting in the development of personalized service initiatives.Guest InteractionServe as the primary point of contact for guests regarding reservations, inquiries, and special requests, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall dining experience at La Vita.CollaborationWork closely with the restaurant management team and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding reservations and guest preferences.Assist in training staff on the importance of guest database management and personalized service.Promotional ActivitiesSupport marketing initiatives by utilizing guest data to promote upcoming events, specials, and personalized offers.Participate in the planning and execution of special events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.Compliance and SafetyAdhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest data protection and confidentiality.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest database software.Ability to analyze data to identify trends and enhance guest experience.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
