GRMS Technician – Honeywell SystemsWe are hiring an experienced GRMS Technician – Honeywell Systems with 4+ years of hands‑on expertise in Guest Room Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Honeywell GRMS platforms, particularly Honeywell INNCOM technologies, including room automation, HVAC control, lighting, occupancy logic, and PMS integration. Experience: 4+ Years.Key Responsibilities:Strong understanding of how Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) operate — including room automation, energy management, HVAC control, lighting, DND/MUR indicators, and integration with property systems.Familiarity with Honeywell INNCOM technology and modules used for temperature control, lighting, and occupancy logic.Installing field devices such as thermostats, motion/occupancy sensors, smart switches, control panels, and relays.Configuring system settings and controller logic for proper room behaviour (e.g., vacant/occupied modes).Identifying and fixing issues with hardware, firmware, and networked components.Using diagnostic tools and system logs to solve communication or device problems.Knowledge of occupancy sensors, HVAC interfaces, and lighting circuits.Basic networking knowledge for system communication (e.g., TCP/IP fundamentals) — often needed for linking GRMS with PMS.Strong electrical fundamentals (reading wiring diagrams, understanding power distribution for devices).Ability to work with programmable controllers and automation hardware.Familiarity with sensors, relays, switches, and smart interfaces.Analytical thinking for root‑cause analysis when systems fail or behave unexpectedly.Attention to detail in logging configurations, changes, and service actions.Clear verbal and written communication with hotel engineering, management, and staff.Ability to explain technical issues and solutions in plain language.Maintain documentation like service reports, configuration files, and daily logs.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Soft Skills Required:Communication SkillsProblem‑Solving AbilityTeam work & CoordinationEducation:Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Low Current system.Driving License:Preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
