The role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting clients with inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate service counters or departments. The ideal candidate will represent the organization’s image through excellent communication, presentation, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome all customers and visitors courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.Identify client needs and guide them to the appropriate officer or department.Manage the customer queue system and maintain efficient branch traffic flow.Provide general information on services, products, and branch procedures.Assist clients in using self‑service or digital banking kiosks when required.Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized, clean, and presentable.Handle VIP clients with care, ensuring personalized attention and confidentiality.Gather customer feedback and report common service issues to the supervisor.Support the branch team in maintaining high standards of customer experience.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong customer service focus.Skilled in handling client inquiries, managing queues, and resolving minor issues professionally.Presentable, energetic, and confident in representing a professional image.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front‑desk operations.Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.This is a full‑time position based in Qatar.
