Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):Oversee and manage procurement sourcing and contracting of required materials.Create accurate purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing for both projects and regular stock items.Reconcile stock inventories upon receipt of purchase requests and plan procurement accordingly.Adhere to the company's budget and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing.Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery timelines, quality standards and contract compliance.Conduct physical inspections of received products to verify quantity and quality.Communicate with suppliers promptly regarding defects or damages and arrange quick replacements.Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation including contracts, invoices and correspondence with vendors.Assist in resolving any outstanding payment issues between the company and suppliers.Utilize ERP systems, Microsoft Office and PO software to streamline procurement processes.Demonstrate strong vendor management communication and negotiation skills.Apply knowledge of purchase procedures and supply chain best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
