Graphic Designer - (Production and Print)

SIHAMCO is seeking a detail-oriented and highly creative Graphic Designer (Production and Print) to support the execution of branding and marketing materials across its portfolio of F&B and entertainment concepts.This role is heavily focused on print production, fabrication, and supplier coordination, requiring strong knowledge of the Riyadh market, including local printing presses, signage manufacturers, and production vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Graphic Designer (Production and Print) will provide comprehensive graphic design, branding, and marketing production services across all Sihamco brands. The role combines creative execution, print production expertise, IT coordination, and supplier management, with a strong emphasis on local Riyadh market knowledge and vendor relationships to support fast-paced Riyadh Season operations.Design, Creative & ProductionCreate and develop design concepts across all SIHAMCO brands, including:Publications, Point-of-Purchase materials, traditional advertisingOnline ads, social media content, and website visualsRestaurant menus, flyers, magazine ads, and store signageCorporate logos, stationery, and branding materialsPrepare and deliver print-ready artwork ensuring accuracy in specifications, materials, and finishes.Design creative packaging solutions and labeling for all brands.Produce administrative and marketing materials such as catalogues, handbooks, and charts.Design artistic signage for corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.Create event booths, posters, and experiential branding elements.Develop high-quality creative assets to enhance brand value across digital and offline platforms.Ensure all outputs strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines.BrandingConsumable Branding: Design all branded consumables (takeaway bags, sugar sachets, paper cups, etc.).F&B Branding: Develop restaurant logos, signage, and full brand identities, including digital and printed menus.Guidelines & Presentations: Create comprehensive brand guidelines, templates, and professional business presentations.Operational Branding: Design all operational materials including banners, wayfinding signage, and flyers.Marketing & ContentCollaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation and execution.Contribute creative input during strategic and conceptual brainstorming sessions with management.Develop and maintain the visual identity of social media platforms and brand profiles.Digital, IT Services & DevelopmentDesign and develop UI/UX concepts and mock-ups for websites and mobile applications.Manage, design, & support development of corporate digital platforms, including multiple websites.Test, debug, and optimize websites to improve functionality, user experience, and workflow efficiency.Identify and implement new technologies to enhance digital platforms and processes.Coordinate with external app development companies and oversee app-related operations.Monitor application performance and assist in resolving server or technical issues.Ensure timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal teams.Supplier Coordination & Acquisition (Riyadh Market – Critical)Source, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local Riyadh-based suppliers, including:Printing pressesSignage and fabrication vendorsPackaging and production suppliersRequest, review, and follow up on quotations; modify and negotiate pricing as required.Analyze material specifications and job costing to ensure cost-effective solutions.Oversee production quality through supplier coordination, site visits, and approvals.Ensure all production is delivered on time and meets Sihamco’s premium standards.Reporting & Data ManagementGenerate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Collect and analyze dataProduce regular performance reportsTrack project timelines, production status.Collaboration & Project DeliveryWork closely with marketing and management teams to ensure alignment on all deliverables.Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.Maintain strong communication across departments and external partners.QualificationsProven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print, production, and branding.Strong knowledge of Riyadh’s supplier and production landscape is essential.Hands‑on experience with printing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Experience in F&B, hospitality, events, or retail industries is highly preferred.Basic understanding of web/app design and digital platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive salary packages – aligned with market standards and experienceHealth insurance, accommodation provided and transportation allowanceCareer development & Internal promotions – grow with us across departments and seasonsCreative & collaborative work culture –
