The role also involves designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences, collaborating closely with product and tech teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals.A key aspect of the role includes maintaining a cohesive design system across all brand and product touchpoints, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.About youThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within fintech, crypto, or technology sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, as is a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, social media content, and presentation design.The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for typography, composition, and colour, and have a solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling in institutional or B2B contexts. This is a standalone role that requires a high level of independence and ownership. The ability to work autonomously, make strategic design decisions, and proactively drive creative direction will be essential.Experience in motion design, 3D visualization, or animation will be considered an advantage.
