Graphic Designer

We are looking for an Advertising Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that elevates our brand across print digital and social media platforms. This role blends creative design with marketing objectives to produce eye-catching campaigns that drive engagement and brand recognition.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly creative and understands the balance between visual impact and commercial messaging. If youre passionate about visual storytelling and ready to contribute to a dynamic marketing team read on.Key ResponsibilitiesCore FunctionsDesign advertisements brochures banners social media graphics and packaging materials.Create and adapt concepts based on marketing briefs and campaign goals.Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the marketing team copywriters and product managers.Present design ideas and explain visual choices clearly to non-design stakeholders.Coordinate with printers media outlets and vendors for production specs.Stay aligned with campaign timelines and communicate status updates regularly.Performance & Creative StrategyTranslate marketing goals into engaging visual concepts.Maintain awareness of industry trends tools and design innovations.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.Maintain an organized library of design files and assets.Requirements:2 years of experience in graphic design ideally within advertising or marketing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing advertising or promotional work.Knowledge of layout typography and color theory.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.Salary & Benefits:Competitive Salary: 4000 AED 6000 AEDWork Visa sponsorshipMedical insurance30 days of paid annual leaveAccess to creative tools and resourcesOpportunities for design workshops and skill enhancementWork Arrangement:Type: Full-time on-site positionNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
