<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Design and Production</b><ul><li>Assist in the design and production of MoFA’s annual reports, including concept development, layout, formatting, and final publication.</li><li>Support the design and delivery of communication and visual materials for national and international projects and initiatives implemented by MoFA.</li><li>Support the development, formatting, and visual enhancement of official MoFA documents, reports, and diplomatic correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li></ul></li><li><b>Visual Communication and Event Support</b><ul><li>Produce high-quality visual materials for MoFA events, conferences, and international engagements, including presentations, backdrops, and promotional materials.</li><li>Support senior MoFA leadership and UNDP representatives with professional presentations, briefing materials, and visual content.</li></ul></li><li><b>Branding, Quality Assurance, and Compliance</b><ul><li>Ensure full compliance with MoFA and UNDP visual identity, branding, and publication guidelines across all outputs.</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of design templates, brand assets, and visual style systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.</li><li>Coordinate printing, publication, and distribution with approved MoFA vendors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.</li></ul></li><li><b>Creative Development and Visual Strategy</b><ul><li>Create infographics, data visualizations, and creative layouts to present complex diplomatic and strategic information clearly and effectively.</li><li>Provide creative input and visual direction to enhance storytelling and the overall quality of MoFA’s communication materials.</li><li>Contribute to the development of visual strategies for MoFA’s national and international initiatives.</li></ul></li><li><b>Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement</b><ul><li>Collaborate with MoFA departments, UNDP teams, and external stakeholders to ensure coherent and unified visual communication across projects.</li><li>Manage time-sensitive, high-profile, and confidential design assignments in support of MoFA’s strategic priorities.</li></ul></li><li><b>Professional Standards and Technical Expertise</b><ul><li>Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) in the production of professional-quality designs.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all assignments.</li></ul></li></ul><p>The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.</p><h3>Required Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Minimum Education Requirements:</b>Secondary education is required.
