Graduate Interior Designer UAE National

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Graduate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a UAE National you will have the opportunity to contribute your fresh perspective and creative ideas to exciting interior design projects across the region.Assist senior designers in developing interior design concepts and presentationsCreate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software and rendering toolsCollaborate with team members to produce design solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraintsResearch and stay updated on the latest interior design trends materials and productsParticipate in client meetings and present design ideas effectivelyPrepare material boards color schemes and furniture layoutsContribute to the development of project documentation and specificationsDetermine the clients goals and requirements of the projectConsider how the space will be used and how people will move through the spaceSketch preliminary design plans including electrical layoutsSpecify materials and furnishings such as lighting furniture wall finishes flooring and plumbing fixturesPrepare final plans using computer applicationsCreate a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costsPlace orders for materials and oversee installing the design elementsVisit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfiedDeveloping initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules;Understanding clients needs and the needs of the people using the building developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs;Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees;Conducting feasibility studies for projects;Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project;Producing sample or mood boards for presentation to clients;Sourcing products e.g. fittings furniture lighting finishes decoration and dressing and providing samples for clients;Working in a team with other designers;Supervising work at the design stage and on site;Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space and with manufacturers and contractors;Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients;Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.Estimate material requirements and costs and present design to client for approval.Coordinate with other professionals such as contractors architects engineers and plumbers.Plan design and furnish interiors of residential commercial or industrial buildings.Subcontract fabrication installation and arrangement of carpeting fixtures accessories draperies paint and wall coverings art work furniture and related itemsSupport the team in managing project timelines and deliverablesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related fieldProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUpStrong 3D modeling and rendering skillsSolid understanding of interior design principles and current trendsExcellent artistic and creative abilitiesStrong communication and presentation skillsKeen attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environmentKnowledge of UAE design aesthetics and cultural preferencesFlexibility and enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fastpaced environmentUAE National with family book is required for this positionRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Rhinoceros 3D,Interior Design,Hospitality Experience,Adobe Creative Suite,High-end Sales,Sketchup,Adobe Photoshop,Autocad,Adobe Illustrator,Revit,Sketch,Adobe Indesign Experience: years Vacancy: 1
