Job Description

Job DescriptionWSP Middle East is seeking a Saudi National Graduate Engineer to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Riyadh. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop a strong foundation in the design, coordination, and delivery of integrated building technology systems across major projects in Saudi Arabia.You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants and gain exposure to multidisciplinary projects involving smart buildings, digital infrastructure, and low‑voltage systems.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and coordination of Building Technology Systems, including:ICT & structured cablingSecurity systems (CCTV, Access Control)Audio‑Visual systemsBuilding automation and smart building technologiesAssist in preparing technical deliverables such as drawings, specifications, reports, and schedulesCoordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, Architecture, BIM) and external stakeholdersParticipate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits as requiredSupport testing, commissioning, and handover activitiesEnsure work complies with WSP quality standards, local authority requirements, and project specificationsActively engage in training, mentoring, and professional development programmesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, Mechatronics, or a related disciplineFresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experienceStrong interest in building technology, smart systems, and digital infrastructureBasic knowledge of low‑voltage systems and building services is an advantageGood communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
