Senior Project Controls Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Controls Manager to lead our project controls team and drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project planning, cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with client objectives.As a key leader within JASARA PMC, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement robust project control strategies. Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining project integrity and optimizing resource allocation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain project controls frameworks and processesEstablish project baselines and monitor progress against schedule, scope, and budgetPrepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, forecasts, and performance metricsAssess risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuityCoordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communicationCoach and mentor project controls personnel to foster professional growthEnsure adherence to industry standards and company policiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineOver 18 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial roleProficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex and cost control toolsStrong knowledge of project management principles, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk managementExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze complex project data and make informed decisionsExperience working in luxury hospitality or mixed use or construction projects preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
