Through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and large-scale events such as the 1 Billion Followers Summit, Creators HQ collaborates closely with major global social media platforms to empower creators and drive industry innovation.About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Platforms Manager to support the management of relationships with major social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platform partners. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Head of Platforms to coordinate day‑to‑day communications, track deliverables, manage reporting, and support platform participation across Creators HQ initiatives and the 1 Billion Followers Summit. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, experience managing partnerships, and an interest in the creator economy and digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing relationships with global social media platform partners.Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with platform teams.Handle weekly communication and updates with platform points of contact.Support the Global Head of Platforms in managing relationships with Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other partners.Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and action trackers with platform teams.Maintain partnership trackers, status reports, and internal dashboards.Support planning and logistics for platform participation across Creators HQ programs and the 1 Billion Followers Summit.Work cross‑functionally with programming, creators, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams.Ensure platform deliverables and commitments are tracked and executed on time.Track deliverables, timelines, and reporting across platform workstreams.Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and reports for leadership.Support operational needs related to platform houses and activations at the Summit.Flag risks, delays, or gaps to the Head of Global Platforms.Qualifications & Experience3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, program coordination, or similar roles.Experience working with or around major social media platforms preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential, Arabic is a plus).High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Experience in the creator economy, digital media, or platform partnerships.Familiarity with large‑scale events or creator programs.Experience using project management and reporting tools.Strong stakeholder management skills.Skills & AttributesStrong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Experience in the creator economy, digital media, or platform partnerships.Familiarity with large scale events or creator programs.Experience using project management and reporting tools.Strong stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
