With operational teams based in Dubai, Mexico and India HQMena fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HQMena's global HR operations, manage a diverse international team and build scalable people strategies that support our fast-paced business. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, operational discipline and a passion for developing high performing globally aligned teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and international growth across Dubai, Mexico and India.Lead, mentor and manage HR Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective support and alignment across all regional offices and time zones.Design and oversee performance management systems that track, evaluate and enhance employee contributions using clear KPIs and structured feedback.Standardize HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience across all locations.Drive employee development by launching training, upskilling and leadership programs suited for diverse cross-functional teams.Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive and regionally appropriate compensation, benefits and rewards frameworks.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations in the UAE, Mexico and India, aligning practices with global standards.Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure and long-term people strategies.Leverage HR analytics and data to inform decisions on employee retention, engagement and operational efficiency.Promote a high-performance, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture through recognition programs and continuous employee feedback.Requirements8–12 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing HR across multiple regions.Proven track record of leading HR in a global multicultural environment; experience with Mexico, India and the UAE is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD or equivalent) are a plus.Strong understanding of international labour laws, compliance requirements and HR operations.Demonstrated success in designing and implementing performance metrics and scalable HR systems.Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with HRIS, performance management tools and data analytics platforms.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryGrowth OpportunitiesHealth & Wellness Benefits30 Days of Annual LeaveVibrant and Collaborative Work EnvironmentIf you are a strategic HR leader with global experience and a passion for empowering teams to achieve excellence we invite you to join HQMena's Dubai headquarters and shape the future of our people strategy across Dubai, Mexico and India.#J-18808-Ljbffr
