Our client is a luxury beauty and lifestyle brands distributor in the Middle East looking to hire a General Accountantwith practical experience inAccounts payable, Cashbooks, General ledger accounts maintenance, inventory management, and taxation. Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.What will you do?Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effectiveReview existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibilityPerform monthly bank reconciliations, goods sold on consignmentPerform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreementsReceive inventory in the accounting system and generate suppliers' Invoices in multi-currenciesMaintain effective inventory for the company by running item forecasts based on current stock holdingWhat are we looking for?Bachelor in Accounting/Commerce/Business Studies degree majoring in Accounting or Applied Accounting. ACCA/CIMA/CA will be an added advantageSAUDI ARABIA accounting and taxation experienceMinimum 3 years of practical accounting experience in a beauty/cosmetics or FMCG distribution or trading organizationAdvanced Excel skillsExperience using ERPs software such as Oracle, SAGE, SAPInventory experience with min 500 SKUs is a MUST#J-18808-Ljbffr
