Associate Consultant

OverviewAs an Associate, you will operate as an execution powerhouse within the family office. This is not a typical admin role - it requires analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and an ability to deliver solutions end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Chief of Staff across personal, operational, and strategic initiatives.Conducting deep research using AI agents and modern tools to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build recommendations.Handling business administration: coordinating with accounting firms, assisting with the setup of new entities, drafting foundational documentation, and helping structure processes.Managing a mix of personal and business tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination when visitors are in town.Ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.Working closely with junior staff and eventually helping oversee them as the team grows.This role is execution‑heavy, fast‑paced, and requires someone who thrives in environments where priorities shift quickly.Profile / QualificationsA degree in business, finance, or a related field.Experience working within consultancy or financial services environments.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in creating strategic plans and implementing change initiatives.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Knowledge of current trends in the financial services industry.Job Offer / Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with strong intellectual horsepower and the ability to get things done.
