GCC Account Manager

Role PurposeSupporting accounts in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait (Utility focus).Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key sector stakeholders.Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure successful long-term business partnerships.Act as the primary point of contact for clients in strategic projects.Business DevelopmentDesign and implement commercial strategies to expand the company's presence in targeted markets.Identify and develop new opportunities in solar energy, storage, and hybrid solutions.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for competitive positioning.Project ManagementCapability to oversee all project stages from bidding through implementation and delivery.Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks.Company RepresentationRepresent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and energy sector events.Participate in networking activities to strengthen the company's visibility and create new opportunities.Market Performance Management and International CoordinationMonitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives and ongoing projects, implementing strategic adjustments when necessary.Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global objectives.DegreeBachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields (MBA preferred).Skills & RequirementsIn-depth understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions (ESS).Structured critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer‑centric environment; self‑starter, independent, ownership, results‑oriented, team player, and attentive to details.Effective communication and strong organizational skill.Willingness to travel frequently across GCC.Experience4+ years of proven experience as account manager, in the PV and/or ESS sector.Nice-to-haveExisting relationship with utility companies in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait.#J-18808-Ljbffr
