The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FX regulations AML/KYC frameworks and risk management practices within financial services or brokerage environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory ComplianceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of FX regulations across offshore and onshore marketsEnsure compliance with AML/KYC requirements client onboarding and due diligence processesMonitor regulatory updates and advise management on compliance impactPrepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authoritiesRisk Management & MonitoringDevelop and maintain compliance policies procedures and internal controlsConduct regular compliance audits and risk assessmentsMonitor client trading activity for suspicious behavior or regulatory breachesReview marketing materials and communications for compliance adherenceTraining & AdvisoryDeliver compliance training across departmentsAdvise internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practicesAct as the main point of contact for auditors and regulatory bodiesMaintain proper documentation and audit trailsRequirementsBachelors degree in Finance Law Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in compliance within FX financial services or bankingStrong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations KYC procedures and offshore frameworksSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and risk assessment skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder managementExperience with compliance systems and monitoring toolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
