We are seeking a highly skilledFull Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testingto join our Digital Banking team. This role combines hands-on feature development with advanced end-to-end (E2E) automation using Playwright, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable banking applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Playwright AutomationDesign, develop, and maintain robust E2E test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)Handle complex user journeys, cross-browser compatibility, and visual regression testingUtilize Playwright tools such as Trace Viewer, Codegen, and Test RunnerFull Stack DevelopmentDevelop and maintain scalable frontend and backend featuresEnsure every feature is delivered with corresponding automated test coverageAI-Driven TestingLeverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for generating test scripts, Page Object Models (POM), and test dataUse AI to debug failures and optimize testing workflowsCI/CD IntegrationIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Ensure fast feedback cycles on pull requestsTesting Infrastructure OptimizationImprove execution speed through parallelization and test shardingMaintain efficient and scalable testing environmentsModernization InitiativesDrive migration from legacy automation tools (e.g., Selenium) to Playwright-based frameworksTechnical RequirementsAutomation TestingExpert in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)Strong understanding of asynchronous testing, network interception, and authentication handlingFrontendExperience with React, Next.js, or Vue.jsProficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and CSSBackendStrong experience in Node.js (preferred), Python, or GoAPI development and database managementAI ToolsHands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor)DevOps & InfrastructureExperience with Docker, KubernetesFamiliarity with headless browser execution in cloud environmentsWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of Full Stack development experienceMinimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in modern automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug complex automation failuresExperience working in Agile environmentsPassion for building high‑quality, scalable digital productsNice to HaveExperience in Banking / FinTech domainExposure to performance testing or security testingPrior experience in migrating automation frameworks#J-18808-Ljbffr
