Job Title: Full Stack Development Lead (Cloudmon) with 10yrs experienceWork Location: Dubai UAEContract Duration: Permanent Full Time OnSite Long TermRole SummaryFull Stack Development Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide development team in building and scaling our monitoring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend development with a strong track record of leading teams and driving successful project delivery. Additionally, experience with PowerBI is considered an advantage.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on monitoring solutions.Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols including WMI, SNMP, NetFlow and TCP/IP.Knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB etc.Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx).Prior experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with monitoring and performance optimization tools.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development and delivery of full‑stack solutions for our monitoring tool. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.Architect scalable and efficient solutions using Angular, MongoDB, Socket, TypeScript, Redis and RabbitMQ. Ensure implementation of best practices and design patterns.Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.Ensure high‑quality code through code reviews, testing and adherence to coding standards. Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
