With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Fuel Farm Maintenance Technician for our client based in Dubai, UAE.Job SummaryThe Fuel Farm Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe operation of aviation fuel storage tanks, hydrant systems, filtration units, and transfer equipment. The role supports uninterrupted, contamination‑free fuel supply to aircraft in compliance with JIG, IATA, and airport safety standards.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on fuel storage tanks, hydrant pits, pumps, valves, meters, filters, hoses, and associated aviation fueling equipment.Conduct fuel quality checks (density, temperature, visual clarity, water detection, conductivity) as per JIG and airport standards.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within the fuel farm and hydrant system.Monitor and maintain fuel filtration systems, including filter vessel draining, element replacement, and differential pressure checks.Support fuel receipt, tank dipping, transfer, and recirculation operations to ensure accurate stock levels and product integrity.Execute hydrant system checks, leak detection, valve operations, and pressure monitoring.Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, inspection sheets, and safety documentation.Ensure strict adherence to HSE, airside rules, fire safety, and spill response protocols.Participate in emergency drills, spill containment activities, and fault‑response procedures.Coordinate with airport authorities, fueling teams, and contractors for scheduled maintenance or system shutdowns.Job RequirementsDiploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.Must Have UAE Driving license, Preferred Category 4 License holder.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in fuel farms and aviation fueling.Strong knowledge of aviation fuel systems, hydrant networks, filtration and pumping systems.Understanding of JIG standards, IATA guidelines, and airside safety procedures.Ability to read P&ID drawings, equipment manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics.Experience with instrumentation, sensors, gauges, flow meters, and control panels.Strong attention to detail and fuel quality integrity.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in shift operations and under airside safety requirements.Preferred CertificationsJIG Fueling Certification (or equivalent).Airside Safety / Ramp Safety training.Fire Safety & Spill Response certification.Confined Space, Working at Heights, and H2S awareness.#J-18808-Ljbffr
