They manage safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, coordinate emergency response plans, and ensure compliance with GACA environmental and safety regulations, as well as airport safety standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Overseeing safety compliance across fuel farm operations</li><li>Managing safety procedures and protocols in accordance with GACA regulations</li><li>Conducting risk assessments and safety audits</li><li>Coordinating emergency response plans and drills per GACA requirements</li><li>Ensuring compliance with GACA environmental regulations</li><li>Monitoring airport safety and ICAO standards compliance</li><li>Investigating incidents and accidents and reporting to GACA as required</li><li>Providing safety training and awareness programs aligned with GACA standards</li><li>Managing PPE requirements and safety equipment</li><li>Maintaining safety documentation and records for GACA inspections</li><li>Conducting safety meetings and toolbox talks</li><li>Liaising with GACA on safety compliance matters</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health&Safety, Environmental Science, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in aviation or oil&gas</li><li>Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)</li><li>Thorough knowledge of GACA safety regulations and standards</li><li>Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and ICAO standards</li><li>Understanding of environmental compliance requirementsStrong risk assessment and incident investigation skills</li><li>Excellent communication and training abilities</li><li>Proficiency in safety management systems</li><li>Experience working with GACA regulatory framework</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
