Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort United Arab Emirates. As the face of our hotel you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and inspiring our front office team.Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/check-out processes guest inquiries and concierge servicesLead train and mentor front office staff to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environmentCollaborate with the Duty Manager to optimize staffing schedules and room inventory managementUtilize Opera Cloud PMS expertly and train team members on its efficient useHandle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfactionPromote and manage the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program as a dedicated Loyalty AmbassadorMonitor and improve key performance indicators for the front office departmentCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operationsStay informed about local attractions and services to provide personalized recommendations to guestsAssist in managing department budgets and identifying areas for cost optimizationEnsure compliance with all safety and security protocols in the hospitality industryQualifications : High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel front office or similar customer-facing roleProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFlexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidaysKnowledge of revenue management principles and practicesFamiliarity with safety and security protocols in the hospitality industryMultilingual skills highly valued with Arabic Russian and English fluency preferredAdaptability to work in a multicultural environment and understand diverse guest needsEnthusiasm for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesEmbrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions.Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills ENT,Electronic Security,Access Control System,Accounting & Finance,Cardiac,Food & Beverage Experience: years Vacancy: 1
