The role requires strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle front desk operations and greet customers professionallyRespond to customer inquiries and provide service-related informationManage billing, payments, and issue accurate receiptsMaintain service records, job cards, and invoicesSchedule appointments and coordinate service requestsHandle incoming calls and direct them appropriatelyUpdate customer and vehicle details in the systemPrepare daily cash reports and maintain transaction recordsOrganize and maintain files, documents, and office records Requirements 1+years of experience in a similar role (Receptionist / Cashier / Admin)Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry)Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothlyExperience in an automotive workshop or service center is an added advantageBasic accounting or cashiering knowledge preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
