Dial in Extension to connect with Recruiter 100 Location: Qatar (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to handle front desk operations, billing, and documentation in an automotive workshop. The role requires strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle front desk operations and greet customers professionally Respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related information Manage billing, payments, and issue accurate receipts Maintain service records, job cards, and invoices Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately Update customer and vehicle details in the system Prepare daily cash reports and maintain transaction records Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records Requirements 1+years of experience in a similar role (Receptionist / Cashier / Admin) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothly Experience in an automotive workshop or service center is an added advantage Basic accounting or cashiering knowledge preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
