Job Description
OverviewJoin our team as a Front Desk Agent where youll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for our guests stay. As the first point of contact your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes and provide information about hotel services amenities and policies.Handle room reservations confirm guest details assign rooms and communicate any special requests or accommodations to relevant departments.Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Process payments verify payment information and handle financial transactions accurately including cash handling and coordinating with the accounting department.Serve as a central point of communication relay messages between guests and other hotel departments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.QualificationsService focused personality is essential; previous Front Desk experience is preferredMust be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings evenings overnights weekends holidays.Computer literacy a must with Opera experience is a must.Professional appearance and demeanorA passion for Guest Service and a skill for anticipating guest needsAbility to work in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to work under pressure and manage conflicting prioritiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Diversity&Inclusionfor Accor means welcoming each and everyoneandrespecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities andskills in extending employment and development opportunities.
