That's why they work hand-in-hand with regulators throughout MENA. It may sound all tree-huggy, but nothing is more important than creating a safe transaction environment for our global merchants. If you share similar beliefs, this might be the team for youAs a Tapster you will:Support the fraud specialists reviewing alerts and reports to identify suspicious activity, as the point of escalation..Analyze fraud trends and makes recommendations for fraud prevention processes.Use a variety of tools, systems and reports to detect fraud trends.Review accounts and transactions for potential fraud.Work closely with the wider fraud team and onboarding/activations teams to implement recommendations.Work closely with the Fraud Manager on improvements to the fraud review process.Manage a team of reports and is responsible for scheduling, regular check-ins, and mid-year/year-end reviews.Communicate frequently with the Fraud ManagerAssist management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed.Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, including KYC requirements and sanction regulations.Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the roleWhat you will bring to the party:4-6 years of role-specific experience and have begun to master your craftWell-versed in PayTechPreferred degree, but real-world experience is also acceptedDemonstrates a high level of client/merchant/stakeholder serviceAwareness of when to elevate issues or service concernsResilient and flexible, learn from experienceLeadership skills and ability to work without supervisionShares knowledge and expertise openlyHands-on approach and team leader qualitiesEnsures quality work and innovation focusEffective communication with team and clients in English, with a preference for Arabic language abilityAre you ready to shape the future of payments in MENA?#J-18808-Ljbffr
